This register is a record of pecuniary and conflict of interest declarations made by ILGA board members in line with Part 10 of the Gaming and Liquor Administration Act 2007. Members are to disclose any interests in conflict with the proper performance of their duties when considering matters before ILGA.
When a member makes a disclosure they will not be present during any deliberations relating to the determination of the relevant matter.
Pre-2022 disclosures are available by request.
O’Connell Hotel, O’Connell – Ms Armour noted the owner of the O’Connell Hotel as a previous business acquaintance. It was determined that this did not present a conflict and it was not necessary for Ms Armour to recuse herself from participation on the matter.

Red Bottle Elizabeth St, Sydney - Mr Crawford advised ILGA of a potential conflict regarding the licence application. Mr Crawford has been a customer of the applicant. It was determined that it was not necessary for him to recuse himself from participation on the matter.

Mr Jeffrey Loy
PARC Pavilion, Cronulla - Mr Loy notified ILGA of a potential conflict regarding the licence application and the Feros Group. Mr Loy, in his capacity as a Director of North Cronulla Surf Club, noted that the Feros Group tendered for the lease as part of the surf club’s redevelopment plans for a function centre and liquor licence. Mr Loy confirmed he has no involvement in the tender process. Mr Loy proposed to avoid any perceived conflict of interest by removing himself from any participation on the matter.
Sawdust Hotel, Gladesville
Ms Zouroudis made a declaration in relation to the Sawdust Hotel and agreed to exclude herself from discussion and decision in that matter.
Liquorland, Helensburgh
Ms Zouroudis noted that she knows one of the submitters in this matter. ILGA agreed that this does not preclude Ms Zouroudis from participating in the decision for this matter.
